To participate in our seminars or free/paid webinars, you must complete the registration process, which may include providing personal details and, for paid events, payment information. For free webinars, registration is still required to secure your slot and receive access details.

2. Payment

For paid seminars or webinars, fees are due upon registration. Accepted payment methods include, but are not limited to, GCash and credit/debit cards. Registration is confirmed only once payment is successfully received. Free events do not require payment but may have limited slots, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Refund Policy

All payments for seminars and webinars are non-refundable. Once processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please carefully review event details before confirming your registration.

However, in the event of Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions), MAFX Trading reserves the right to reschedule the event or offer an alternative solution at our discretion.

4. Seminar Content

All content shared during seminars or webinars is for educational purposes only. MAFX Trading does not guarantee financial results, outcomes, or success as a result of attending our events.

5. Use of Materials

All training materials—including slides, recordings, handouts, and other resources—are the intellectual property of MAFX Trading and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

MAFX Trading is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or consequences resulting from your participation in our events. You acknowledge that trading involves financial risk, and MAFX Trading does not offer financial advice or promise returns.

7. Privacy Policy

By participating in our events, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Changes to Terms

MAFX Trading reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by: The laws of Canada if the seminar or webinar is organized and operated from or within Canada; or The laws of the Philippines if the event is conducted physically or virtually from within the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction based on the location of the event.
